This company service center is itself a fraud. They have given their after sales service to SRM Enterprise which is also looks like a fraud one. They commit you to come and do the repairs but intentionally gives you the wrong time and never comes. I have a iron steam press which has not been repaired since last 2 months and even now also the technician is not ready to come they only issued me a tivket no. Instead go with bajaj, philips, morphy richards etc atleast they give after sales service on time and resolves the issue in just 3-4 days.
