I bought several accounts out of them and less than I year I lost two accounts and all my time and progress went to the trash! I reached out to them and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything to help and I wouldn’t get a refund. This is what they said “As per checked, the buyer has been purchasing a full access account and has secured the email tied to the account which represents full ownership of the account. Any attempts to recover the account by third parties is not possible unless the buyer has lost the account by his own hands via phishing or hacking attempts. Therefore, a refund will not be issued. Thank you for understanding.” I wouldn’t trust them, unless they fix this problem. It feels they help those get away with it.
