Scam Company
I bought one of their cool zipper up sweat jackets. I never got the jacket. They sent me a ridiculous email that said "Your address is incorrect." Total lie. I get mail/packages to my address all the time domestically and internationally with zero problems. I wrote them back saying they are wrong and then they sent me email saying that "since we could not deliver your item the item was discarded by the mail carrier" (???!!!) Do you know of any carrier that throws out a package that cannot be delivered??? What any legitimate carrier would do is return it to sender. I wrote them back again calling them out on this absurd response from them. Then they sent me another email saying "Your purchase was refunded." Lie. I called my credit card company and they said I was never refunded by "CKLinen." I applied to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they refunded me. What is the lesson here? This company is a scam and don't buy anything from them. I should have read reviews on them before buying.
