Do Not Waste Your Money — Product Not as Advertised and Poor Customer Service
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a curly wig that was advertised as full, high-quality, and uncut. What I received looked nothing like the photos or description—thin and poorly constructed. It was clear that the product I was sent not as advertised and certainly not what I paid for. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to explain the issue and request a return or even an exchange for the proper product. They denied any responsibility and ignored my request. Their return policy does not clearly address situations like this, and instead of offering a fair resolution, they’ve made every step of this process frustrating and dismissive. This is not how you treat paying customers. Their advertising is misleading, and their refusal to honor basic consumer protections is unacceptable. I’ve had to escalate this issue outside the company just to seek accountability. **Please save yourself the stress, money, and time—do not order from this company.** What you see online is not what you’ll receive, and if there’s a problem, don’t expect support.
