Hatsfashion - Shocking
I ordered a hat from Hatsfashion. When it arrived I found I had two hats in the box that was delivered none of which looked anything like the picture on Hatsfashion website. I contacted them to see if there has been a mistake and their response was , 'I am very sorry that you are not satisfied with our products. At present, the craftsmanship of our workers is not perfect. Some hats may not be exactly the same as the pictures.' Whilst I appreciate mistakes do happen a company should take ownership of this mistake. They have offered me a $5 refund which is an insult. My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying from Hatsfashion is don't do it.
