Wendy's response times rate a 5 alone!
I love the fact that when I reach out for questions, Wendy is always there, and 9 times out of 10 answers my queries same day. Overjoyed with the variety available, most POD suppliers have limited variety. I would like InkedJoy to consider updating their design area. There is no way to check if a design is truly centred on a garment, a grid would be very useful. Also, the women's cotton t-shirt AOP mockups are confusing, as one shows a regular sized tee on a hanger and yet another for the front and back shows a longer, baggier tee. Which is it? Tidying up these little discrepancies and improving the design area platform would make such a difference to users and would get you more loyal customers of your program. I took one star off those two issues. Resolve them and you're 5!
