I have been trying to get a response from you regarding you wrongful amount refunded. I ordered from you via klana as I cant afford to pay in full 1 bottle of Balaayah Black Gram booster. the order number I gave you was 370086 and you cancelled and refunded the klana order for £29.75 - the amount should have been £59.50. You are now ignoring all emails sent to you. I want my money back. Your customer care is very bad and as a single parent cant afford this coming out of my bank. Im also wondering if you have subscribed me if so please unsubscribe me. I no longer wish to operate with you any more. Disgusting really.
