I bought 2 folding bikes less than a year ago. The bikes did not show shipped for a couple of weeks. I contacted them and found out the colors I ordered were unavailable. So they shipped different colored bikes with my agreement. They never mentioned that they were out of stock till a called them. Less than a year later, with a 2 year warranty, my battery is toast on one of the bikes. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted them for the warranty and they now have responded. I pay $80 shipping to send them the junk battery under warranty and then they will send me a new one. At this rate the bike will be down for a month. Update: Now it is $80 for shipping, is what they say plus a $15 shipping charge. What?? I will update if anything changes.
