"Free Refund" is a lie and legal actions I've taken
AIRPAZ CODE：1035524355 I bought an Economy Flexible ticket on Airpaz because their page clearly said: "Free Refund if cancelled 24h before departure". I requested a refund more than one month before departure – fully complying with their policy. Result: I paid 2,378 AED for the return ticket. I only received 453 AED back (just 19%). No breakdown or explanation of the deduction. Airpaz blamed the airline, saying they "proceed based on the airline's policy". But I paid Airpaz directly, not the airline. I never saw any airline rules at purchase. Airpaz still has not provided any breakdown or responded properly. Every one of us must take up legal weapons to fight for our rights！I will never tolerate this platform treating consumers like fools with such blatant scamming. Legal actions I've taken： 1.Bank chargeback – Select "goods/services not as described" 2.Central Bank Sanadak platform – If your bank mishandles your dispute, complain against the central bank 3.Report to Dubai DED / Dubai Consumer.
