Refund/returns problem
Please give this company a swerve. Sandals were nowhere near the quality I expected. On asking for a return/refund have had numerous emails offering me 20% or 40% of my money and the offer to keep sandals. I have repeatedly told them I want full refund and getting nowhere. Unable to speak to anyone.
