Ordering a printer from BambuLab is 10/10 service. But when you need a replacement part or a random accessory, there is a false illusion of "fast shipping" and then they blame USPS for being slow. When the reality of following tracking numbers, proves they just print labels for the order same day or next day, but USPS doesn't actually get the part for a day or even several days after the label is generated. They can do better, they have the ability. Having a $3000 printer down for a $25 part for a full 8 days is just crazy in today's world when the part is "in stock".
