Unhappy Experience – Think Twice Before Dealing with Them
I want to share my very disappointing experience with this company and strongly advise anyone to think twice before visiting them. They are simply not reliable, and the quality of their service is extremely poor. At first, they’ll promise you the world claiming they can do everything for your car but once you’ve paid, that’s when the problems start. You’ll discover an endless list of issues and excuses. In the beginning, they’ll chase you relentlessly to get your business, saying whatever it takes for you to hand over your car. But once they have your money, the situation completely flips you’ll be the one chasing them, and they’ll stop answering your calls or messages. When you escalate your complaint to the manager, it becomes clear why the staff behave this way the attitude of ignoring customers seems to come straight from management itself.
