I purchased multiple gift cards from SEAGM, but both were completely unusable. When trying to redeem them, the system clearly showed that the cards had been deactivated. I contacted support and waited over a week, but only received a generic response with no solution, replacement, or refund. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. This is not a one-time issue - I had the same problem with more than one order. Be careful when buying from SEAGM.
