I was given a PRICE GUARANTEE that failed
I was given a PRICE GUARANTEE that Agoda guarantees to offer me the same rate if I find a cheaper rate anywhere else. I got a response from their virtual assistant that since the booking is today, PRICE GUARANTEE does not apply to me. However, the booking is still for tomorrow so maybe Agoda did not even check the time zone? Also, they changed the cancellation date a day earlier too when it said on their site, I have till today to cancel. Probably this is Agoda's way to escape their guarantees. I appealed and will give you an update if Agoda will deliver their promise.
