Customer Service & Quality are trash
Customer Service & Quality are both awful. First, let's start with this cheap, made in China, shirt. The collar is a stiff yet thin piece of cardboard that feels terrible around the neck. It feels and sounds like the cardboard you see in department stores to keep the shape of the shirt while sitting on the shelves. Collars & Co should be embarrassed charging $88 for a shirt that lasts for 1 wear. If you plan on washing these shirts, don't bother. Just toss them in the trash. The shirt went from a small to a large after being stretched out in the wash. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! But if you still feel the need to try these shirts, then prepare to wait for weeks for delivery. I placed an order for 5 shirts. I received an email saying the shipping label had been created, & also given a tracking number. Well, for the next 5 days, I proceeded to login to see the status of the package and it never moved. Customer Service is non existent. They respond once in a blue and when they do, they don't even answer my questions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE.
