I had a frustrating experience with Fazwaz while trying to get my 36,000 THB deposit back—it took nearly a month of back and forth. Initially, my agent claimed there were 22,000 THB in fees, including inflated charges for damages and even an extra cleaning fee, despite the fact that I had already paid for the cleaning service they arranged. After weeks of persistence and calling out the questionable charges, they finally reduced the fees to 8,000 THB (around $300).
