Exceeded expectations
I placed my order in late April and hope that it would arrive by the timeline it said it would. Due to the political climate, the item was stuck in customs and exceeded the 8-12 business days arrival time. It was a bit stressful as this was my first time purchasing through them, but along each step of the way, Rachel kindly assisted me through the process. She provided stellar customer service and made sure to notify me the next steps. My package finally arrived after more than a month of waiting, but it did not disappoint. It was very intentionally wrapped, provided with an extra battery, a very thoughtful message, a small tool to fix the watch if needed, an extra gift trinket, and additional wipes. It truly made my day! The watch was also even more beautiful/delicate in person. Other than the customs issue, which was out of their control, I would definitely still give this place a try. I can't wait to purchase another item to gift to a friend.
