This knob really goes on with actual threads that screw on.
Contrary to one that I experienced online that I experienced related to a knob for a 2019 Highlander, this one has the threads to put it on with. I also has a bottom available which will clip into the plastic on top of the leather bottom which connected with the previous knob and that completes the look.
