Bad quality and customer support
I ordered an ATK A9 Air wich startet doing random button presses after a few days. The dongle broke after 1 day and after contacting customer service I had to confirm with video evidence over 3 days to get them to escalate my case. Well since then they have been ghosting me and not responding to my request to return my order. Also when I ordered they changed my free express delivery to normal because of a system error. They are just peddling subpar goods that have a lot of QC issues from what I could gather from other reviews. It seems to be a coin toss if you get a good product. AVOID PURCHASING AT ALL COST!!! Order number #ATKGR41974 Edit 1: Now they tried to guilt trip with a made up sob story and still have done nothing! Edit 2: I have now received my refund 12 days after getting in touch with them but the process to get there was horrible. From my experience I can’t recommend buying anything from them.
