I had a very frustrating experience with Airpaz support regarding my flight change request. According to the policy, flight changes should be possible, but every time I tried to reschedule my flight for May 22 or 23, the system automatically rejected the request without offering any real alternative. I contacted support multiple times, and the chatbot kept repeating the same answers without solving the problem. After waiting a long time for a live agent, I was only told to choose another date like May 21 or 24, even though some options were not available on the website. I asked for available flights or assistance, but no clear solution was provided. The support experience felt very poor and stressful. I hope Airpaz improves its customer service and gives customers clearer information and real help when flight changes are allowed under the policy.
