I'm torn on this review
I'm torn on this review. I've ordered from here a few times now. Once the images are painted, they really do look great. That said, it takes multiple coats to cover the printed numbers, the numbers are dark and the paint is very thin. It would be that much better if the numbers were a bit lighter in colour, so they could be covered more easily. I also ordered a painting a while back and the paints were all dried up. I inquired about replacement paints and was told they do not ship replacement paints and that I could go to my local craft store and purchase paints to match. What?! Absolutely not. There should be zero reason why replacement paints cannot be sent out. I recently ordered a custom painting of a friend's wedding picture. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Customer service was very quick to get back to me and I should be receiving a new one. I will edit this post when that gets rectified. We'll see how that goes first. Overall, it's a fun hobby but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
