Ordered a personalised Cross for my son’s grave. It arrived smashed into three pieces. The quality (or lack thereof) is WOEFUL. Balsa-wood - this thing would break in a stiff breeze. The inscription is barely legible Taking advantage of grieving people. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
