ManlyTrend/T-shirt is a scam
ManlyTrend/T-shirt is a scam. Their business plan is to get you to order something from their slick website with very nice clothes and then send you some knockout version of what you ordered. The problem is they advertise their products as “high quality” yet the actual quality is junk. I ordered a jacket and it was more of a shirt than a jacket and was missing buttons. The material was cheap and I could see through the fabric. The size is all wrong and it was a joke. That’s not when the fun really begins. It’s when you reach out to them to do a return. They give you the runaround. They start by asking to send pictures of the clothes. Then they wait a couple of days to a week before responding and then asking to take my own physical measurements following a demonstration image that they said was attached, but it was never attached. Offering to provide a tailored solution. Which I declined and replied, I only want a refund. Then they responded, asking me to participate in "our activities on Facebook" and then they will resend me a new one for free. Which I declined and replied I only want a refund. Then they responded after a couple of days again asking me to choose another item and that I only have to pay for shipping fees. Which I declined and replied, I only want a refund. They haven’t responded since but basically they just keep giving you the runaround to avoid refunding you any money at all. This is what the company is. It’s a joke and a scam. Do not order from this company as the quality and customer service are both a joke. ***Update*** As they recommend in their response, I’ve emailed them several times about a “priority refund” and have received no response. Not that I was expecting one, I just wanted to warn everyone about their scam tactics to make it appear they try to right their wrongs and cover up their pathetic and disgraceful actions.
