I have completed everything they requested on their platform. I went through the verification process and was told that it was successful. However, they still haven’t delivered my order—it’s still showing as “sending.” I contacted them again, and they told me to wait 72 hours. After waiting, I reached out once more, and they asked me to fill out a form, which I did. They said I would receive an email, but I never did. When I contacted them again, they finally send the email and responded and requested my documents again. I sent them once more, but since then, I haven’t received any further response. Please you can refund me my money since you don't want to deliver my order please..
