Order#TGS402097 I'm writing another review because my emails don't get responses but these reviews seem to be answered rather quickly. I placed an order in April. Tracking says my package CLEARED customs on 5/12 and has been on "destination transport" for over a month now. You assured me to just be patient and it would arrive within 5-7 business days. It has not. I could have walked to LAX and back several times over by now. There's no good reason my package hasn't made it to me yet. I demand a FULL refund ASAP.
