Renewal
Beware of the renewal that is within their agreements that is quickly glanced over, they do not send you a notice before said renewal and they will not refund it either, despite the product not being used or activated. Edit: they will put some non sense reply about how I could have cancelled but will completely skip over how the auto renewal doesn’t send out a notice beforehand, and put the auto renewal set to renew… automatically, and state “you agree” in their policy. Edit: They state that an email was sent out, 10 days prior, please provide valid proof of said email. Failure to do so will show that this company blatantly is lying. Stay far away.
