Received my sandals yesterday and I responded to them concerning the very poor quality and a disgusting smell! All they are willing to do is credit me 10%. Used the excuse concerning the poor quality that it might be a shipping problem. What a scam! So very disappointing!! Definitely should be reported to consumer affairs.
