HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I will never order from here again. I ordered a week ago and the hair is still processing. It was supposed to be delivered today. I now have no hair for my birthday and I have no idea what to do. This company literally ruined a party I already paid for because I don’t have a wig. I’m livid, I will never order from here again. Do NOT trust these people to help you with anything. I’ve been talking to customer service for 6 days and they’ve placated me everyday saying it’ll be here soon and I haven’t even received tracking info. Never again. Horrible company. UPDATE: it has been more than 2 weeks since my order was supposed to be shipped and I still haven’t received anything. I contacted support and they gave me a Chinese tracking number knowing I couldn’t do anything with it. I asked for a refund and I was told that I’d have to wait 3 days for them to initiate the refund or they could ship my hair out in 3 days. This is actually a joke at this point. Please don’t ever give these people your money FINAL UPDATE: My order NEVER arrived. In the time that they told me to “wait 3 days” I ordered another unit from a better brand and received it while ALIPEARL was still trying to type their customer service messages into Google translate. After an additional week, I canceled the order and had to wait TWENTY BUSINESS DAYS for a refund. I was actually scammed by this company because they were selling products they didn’t even have. If they were based in the U.S. I’d file a criminal complaint for theft of services. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
