This was a terrible experience. I was buying a bra for someone with mobility and sensory issues. While bras were fit as advertised, she could not manage the sensory overload. Despite that they were advertised to support. When tried to return after taking almost 5 weeks to arrive, I was informed that “it will be a hassle to return as they come from Hong kong but you may keep them”. When I said no I wanted a refund, they offered me $12 despite that 2 bras cost over $60. When I complained, they said they “looked into my case and were willing to offer $16” then I was ghosted. Do NOT buy from this company!
