Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes: one guaranteed Jordan 4 and one totally random. Instead, I received two identical pairs of the exact same Jordan 4s — so much for the "random" pair. It felt more like I was sent leftover stock they needed to get rid of. To make matters worse, one of the boxes arrived visibly damaged, as if it had been kicked around a warehouse. The packaging was crushed and definitely not something you'd expect from a so-called professional service. When I contacted support, they offered no proper solution and told me that *I would have to pay for the return shipping* — even though the damage was clearly not my fault. Paying out of pocket for their mistakes? Unacceptable. This entire process feels careless and misleading. Lack of quality control, poor customer support, and shady handling of issues. I can't recommend this service to anyone. Unless you're okay with gambling your money and taking a loss, avoid at all costs. 1/5 stars – only because 0 isn't possible.
