PascalDesign uses collaborators’ work, ignores them, and does not pay ✅
For 9 months, both the affected collaborator and I have sent numerous emails to PascalDesign without receiving any response or payment as agreed in the contract.
The collaborator completed work requested by the company: a recorded collaboration using her image, which they still have in their possession and which remains published on social media. They have used her image to promote one of their products, but she has never been paid.
Despite claiming to respond to most reviews, PascalDesign completely ignores their collaborators and disappears after taking advantage of their work and image.
This behavior shows a lack of professionalism, responsibility, and ethics. Using someone’s image without paying them, keeping it online, and profiting from collaborators’ work is unacceptable and harmful.
I am sharing this review to warn others and to demand that PascalDesign finally fulfill their commitments and respect the professionals who collaborate with them.

Pay the dolares 2,000 you agreed to in the contract you sent — a payment that never arrived.
Why do you play with the work of professionals who support and promote your products, only to refuse to pay them afterward? That’s truly low.
Don’t you understand that this behavior only makes you lose credibility and damages how your own customers see your brand?

Pascal Design Scammed Me
This message is addressed to the General Manager of Pascal Design and the leadership of the company.
I was contacted by your marketing department to create a promotional video for your watches.
The agreement was clear: you offered me payment in exchange for my work, and I accepted through a legally binding online contract.
I did my part.
I created the content, submitted it on time, got it approved by your team, and published it on my platform — where I have nearly a million subscribers.
I was told the payment would arrive within a few days.
But it never did.
Weeks went by. Then months.
I followed up by email several times — with no response.
Finally, someone replied.
They apologized. They said the person handling my project had been fired, and that all the files had been lost from their computer.
Am I really supposed to believe that?
After all that time, they told me they could only pay 15% of what was agreed.
That’s not just disrespectful — it’s an insult.
I fulfilled my end of the deal. They didn’t.
I feel I was deliberately misled and used.
