Excellent Customer Service Experience
I had purchased a multi pack of Glacial Pure water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator over a year ago. The first 2 filters worked great however, the 3rd filter appeared to have a defect. I contacted customer service to see if they could assist in a replacement. To my surprise, I received a very timely response from customer service agent, Rita the next day. Rita provided some troubleshooting suggestions which I tried but they did not work unfortunately. Each interaction with Rita was responded to timely, professionaly and recognized me as a valued customer. After all other options were exhausted, Rita prepared a replacement for my defective filter which I received 7 days from when I started my interaction with her.
