Terrible
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They falsely advertised the product I ordered, and what I received was completely different from what was shown online. Even after admitting they sent the wrong color, they refused to take full responsibility. They promote a “no questions asked” return policy, but in reality, they demand I pay a $25 restocking fee, $60 for shipping, and additional duties — all just to return an item they got wrong. That means I’d be out over $95 to get maybe $50 back. Completely unacceptable. This is not how ethical businesses operate. It feels like a deliberate strategy to make returns difficult and expensive, while hiding behind false advertising and misleading policies. I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company. They are not transparent, and they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or fairness.
