PAZZION SCAM COMPANY ⚠️ Warning to purchae Pazzion product (Store & Online) I bought a pair of shoes from Pazzion Wisma Atria on 1 June 2025, after seeing them online at 50% off. At the store, no one told me the price was different — I only found out later that I was charged full price. When I contacted them, they refused to refund the price difference and only offered to take the item back. After I asked them to check the online price, they quietly changed it to match the full price I paid — and claimed that was the "correct" price all along. Worse, during a call with customer service, the lady on the hotline (DID: 6876 9114) was laughing, showing zero professionalism or accountability. No apology. No responsibility. Just disrespect. I’ve filed a complaint with CASE and will be escalating to the Small Claims Tribunal. Please be careful and double-check before buying — this company clearly does not value honesty or customer service.
