I have yet to receive the scale
I have yet to receive the scale i ordered. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address, i placed a compliant to find the box. FedEx could not find it, closed the ticket. i was told to contact my shipper. i did that. no response about reimbursement or shipping another replacement scale. Very poor customer service.
