just4kira is a SCAM
I don't know what happened to this company. I've ordered from them plenty of times before within the past couple of years but I've recently run into some issues with them. From reading a couple of reviews on here, I can see that I am not the only one who has experienced being suddenly scammed from them. I ordered a pair of contact lenses to restock (same ones I've ordered from them before) and the tracking said my order was delivered. That was not the case at all. I didn't receive a single thing. Mind you, I have security cameras all over my home and I reviewed the footage to see that NO ONE delivered my package. I sent an email to just4kira to let them know and they directed me to contact USPS, which I did. USPS showed me that the tracking number that just4kira provided me with was under someone else's name and address. I emailed just4kira the screenshots I had taken of my conversation with USPS as well as the images USPS sent themselves claiming that just4kira gave me a false tracking number. Just4kira refused to give me a refund still claiming that the package was delivered. I was furious as a loyal customer and demanded something to be done since I had solid evidence that the package had not been delivered. Only then, they decided to "send me a replacement." Now it's been over a month since that replacement's tracking has been updated and you can guess what happened. THE SAME ISSUE. Tracking says package was delivered when I received absolutely nothing. I don't know why they're doing this but they're clearly SCAMMING and are a fraudulent company. I am utterly disappointed in my experience with them. I will no longer be purchasing anything from just4kira. Save your money.
