Bait & Switch -High Fees.
We booked First class tickets on Rail Ninja for our trip from Prague to Budapest, six months before our trip. Once tickets were available Rail Ninja informed us that there were no first class seats available and that we had to choose a different train or accept second class economy seats. Then they tried to get away with not refunding the difference in ticket pricing. They also charge exorbitant fees. Buyer beware.
