I am extremely disappointed with Designs.ai and their customer service. I was charged **€246.84 without prior notice or authorization**, despite never having used this platform or knowingly subscribed to a service at this price. I have contacted Design.ai repeatedly by email and through their website over the past **three weeks**, requesting a refund and an explanation for this charge. I have received no response. Their website states that they respond within one day, but in my experience this has clearly not been the case. I find this situation unacceptable. I am requesting the **immediate refund of the €246.84 charged to me** and a clear explanation of how and why this payment was taken. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service carefully checks their billing and subscription details.
