Customer service and great communication with TURBRO
I contacted the service Number because the water pump on my misting fan stopped working. I have had the product for only 10 months. Britney, my service contact assisted me very quickly and guided me on each step of the way for replacement under the warranty. I recieved my replacement unit within 2 weeks of my initial contact. Customer Service and doing the "right thing" definately exists at TURBRO. Thank you.
