EASEUS Downloader
Looked at various utube downloaders and the offering from EASEUS appeared excellent though pricey at $68. Have had several EASUS software and been happy with them. In additon, the EASEUS website offered a 30 day money-back-guarantee (30DMBG). I purchased the product and was very pleased with the performance. However, I then found that it was “too good” in that the software wanted to download the requested Utube PLUS ALL associated packages! Large number of files. I could not stop it from doing so without manual intervention. I wrote several times to all the EASEUS support emails I could find asking for assistance. No response. Even Checkout (aka Verifone aka Avangate) asked the EASEUS tech people to assist. No response. Finally, I reluctantly applied for a refund, confident in that I had the 30DMBG and faulty software. This was refused by Checkout. Then I escalated the case to PayPal . Again refused. I was completely bewildered as never, never have I had a case refused by PayPal in 16 years, and also can't remember when a software company did not respond to multiple emails. Ryan
