Great Customer Service
This is our 2nd year ordering from Hodges Badges and we couldn't be more pleased. This year we ordered 2 sets of award ribbons for our upcoming 4th of July event. We wanted 2 different designs. This year I ordered the center differently than I did the previous year, I did not realize I did. The account manager, Donna, noticed it was not quite what we ordered last year and called to let me know the way I ordered this year would not be like last years. I had no idea I did it differently/wrong! She was able to fix it and save us money. I was so grateful she took the time to compare the previous order and picked up the phone and explain it to me! We received both sets of ribbons and they looked great! Upon farther inspection I realized that yes they looked great but one set was the wrong logo for the center button. I checked both proofs the original one with the wrong logo design and then the corrected one I understood what happened. I called Donna to let her know and see if there was anything we could do, if not it was NOT the end of the world. She was out of the office but someone else returned my call (so sorry I don't remember your name). She had already looked over the account and realized what happened too. She offered to send new buttons with the correct logo and explained to me how to fix it once they got here. Overall 100% loved the customer service from this company and the quality of their ribbons. 1,000/10 would recommend this company! I wish we had more events that I need award ribbons for so I could order from them more often :)
