Update: I did receive my redemption a week later so I did up the stars to 3. Customer service still sucks. Thank you for paying me bc baby needed shoes ha but seriously 😬 Ok so first off, the customer service is terrible! Emma has yet to respond to me-- Idk who "Emma" is but she needs to be fired; if it's a bot, they need a new model. I've also emailed them, tried to teach them via social media with NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER. Secondly, I've been trying to redeem $300 for 4 days now. I've asked and asked about the status of my redemption and, as mentioned previously, no reply. They need to be shut down if this is how they're going to conduct business!
