I received my order several days ago and the product doesn't match the description in their ad. It appears the hats are plagirized, for lack of a better word, from another hatmakers website and they're selling inferior goods and merchandise.
I ordred the hats on April 14, 2025 and filed a dispute with Paypal because they didn't respond using the contact us information on their website. They didn't respond until I contacted Paypal, then a week later around the last week of May I received tracking information with an estimated delivery of 30-35 days. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund and initially they stated they would issue a refund, but sent me tracking informaiton instead. I'm sorry I ordered from this company, but I should have known it was too good to be true, based on the prices. I should have completed my due diligence on the company before ordering. I have reported them to Facebook and now Paypal is aware of their company. Hopefully with a combined effort advertisers will refuse to let them advertise.
