Great preloved store!
I have been hunting high and low for the Chanel 21C Rose Clair medium flap bag for 2 years. Then 5 days ago, I came across Loveholic’s website. They had a brand new / unused one for a really good price. I texted them and asked them some questions about the bag and their process, and they were very responsive and patient with my questions. I purchased the bag online and they took extra photos of it and the packaging before shipping it out. I also purchased the 3rd party insurance which was super reasonable and well worth it, and it covered loss, damage and theft. They then emailed me the Entrupy authentication certificate for the bag. DHL Express delivered the package 45 hours after it was picked up from their store. It was amazing! I live in California and sometimes packages from the East Coast take even longer to arrive! The bag is just GORGEOUS and it looks exactly like their photos on their website! It was a wonderful experience purchasing my dream bag from Loveholic. I will definitely shop with them again for my next unicorn bag. Thank you, Loveholic! P.S. Photo was from their original listing of my bag!
