NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Their goods (walking boots in my case) were absolutely rubbish. Ill fitting , poorly constructed and in no way had any orthopaedic features. They were posted out using the cheapest packing materials ever, the package contained no invoice or returns information. On managing to contact the Company they only offered a 20% refund. Fortunately, I have made my purchase via PayPal so I instigated a claim and manged to get a full refund, (thank you PayPal) but it still took a month to get my money back and was not easy. Should not be allowed to trade in the UK.
