Dishonest & disgusting company
The cameras I received do not format the SD cards, which are recommended on the TP link website. I tried returning the cameras but was ignored by the customer service department. I then involved the bank & shortly after was contacted by a staff member. They requested I ask my bank to withdraw, they take this seriously, will provide a return label etc. So, I naively asked the bank to withdraw the chargeback. Now I'm left with two cameras that don't work & still not return label or refund. Disgusting behaviour!!!
