Received damaged bicycle but Fafrees replaced them
I bought a new Fafrees F20 Pro E-Bike, not second hand nor refurbished and I received bicycle with rusty screws and bolts. The body of the bicycle was also scratched in quite a few places and the battery pack looks burnt with brown spots on the outside. When contacting their support email listing the issues, I received an automated email telling me to write to the same email I’ve just written, I find this very confusing but eventually they responded and after back and forth communication they sent me a new bicycle, the new ones look great and work as expected, I hope they will keep on going. Even though my experience was bumpy they were very attentive and resolved all the issues.
