I love the before AND after sales service. There's so much to learn when you're entering a niche area like this, and Erik made it such an easy process with his abundant knowledge, patience to communicate and timely feedback. It made what could easily have been overwhelming, very straightforward. So I could just focus on the output and get to work, instead of fighting with the printer and spending time reprinting until I get a decent print. I did have some trouble over the weekend and Erik dropped by in less than an hour. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service and I really appreciate the overall experience I've had with Reify3D. Thanks Erik!
