Coach Crystal made my experience absolutely amazing! She was so invested in my journey and was my biggest supporter the whole time. I looked forward to meeting with her and catching her up on what has been going on and she was so enthusiastic and excited about my progress. She played such a huge role in my journey and I truly believe that I couldn’t have done it without her. When I faced challenges, she was right there to support me and help me get back on track with full support and no judgments. She is the best part of Calibrate and I can’t recommend her enough!! I wish I could give her a hug and sincerely thank her so much for how much she helped me throughout my journey! On the other hand, Calibrate needs to work on their communication. The online messaging takes a while to get a response and even then it is not incredibly helpful. They should create an option for phone calls so that you can speak to an actual person for help. I did not end up getting medication through them because it was so hard to get timely responses and it took a long time to get any sort of response. The best thing about calibrate is the coaching and Coach Crystal specifically.
