Not sure this qualifies, BUT . . . .
Not sure this qualifies since I just saw this was meant for new customers. Oh well! Still willing to give a testimonial for Poplin. We began using Poplin soon after my husband was diagnosed with a serious cancer and our washer broke down. When facing trips to the laundromat and decisions over a new washer became a sideline stressor, we checked out laundry delivery services. Honestly, we decided on Poplin because it was the cheapest. After our first order we were hooked and decided that Poplin could take one stressor off our plate. We simply began using plastic kitchen bags as hampers and after about a 3 bag accumulation sent them off to Poplin. We were surprised to receive them back in put-in-the drawer condition. Folding was better than I ever accomplished myself. We have always experienced good laundry providers, and feel like we have found gold with one who has repeatedly accepted our orders. (Negatives: We learned there is a minimum fee of 30 lb. aka $30 order. And, one time, we were unexpectedly charged a surcharge because apparently there were no providers in our immediate area. On the funny side, received back a pair of undies that I wouldn’t have been able to fit into in at least 50 years!)
